La ubicacion es extraordinaria, el piso es ideal , para una familia o para ir con amigos, cuenta con 3 habitaciones muy confortables y dos baños, muy soleado y aireado
El aparcamiento es un poco pequeño, se debe tener en cuenta que sólo puedes ir con un vehículo pequeño, no tiene ascensor y es un tercer piso, pero las escaleras no son difíciles

La situació a 2m del centre
Estaba tot brut, li fa falta una bona neteja a fons, péls per tots el racons i les baietes de la cuina fastigoses igual que les tovalloles del bany, velles no sequen i tacades, i ni cullaretes pels cafés del matí, amb poca cosa i voluntat es soluciona ràpid, a més, no diu res a la publicitat de que és un 3er pis i no hiha ascensor, maletes amunt per les escales….aixó quel pis és gran i macu
