Modern apartment

First off the location is great. The compond is very quiet with a beautiful swimming pool that is a proper size but also has a separate kids area.It had lots of loungers and shaded tables. It was a pity that despite there being plenty of trash cans guests would leave their trash for the cleaners to put away. Perhaps some signs to remind people would help. The permanent residents have lovely gardens and it is possible to exercise around the compond without having to go anywhere. There are many banks just outside the compond if you need to exchange money and also a coffee shop and an amazing Italian restaurant. About 5 minutes walk away is Mirage Mall with the best supermarket Beit el Gomla. It has everything you could possibly need. The apartment itself was very comfortable with a great tv and plenty of cooking utensils for long stays. The shower could do with a shower curtain but otherwise absolutely fine. On a few ocassions there was no hot water and this was fixed promtly just a message to Zaed and he sends a technician. My main concern was will my pet cats be safe here and they were and it was easy to have pet supplies delivered as the delivery services in Cairo are top notch. It is not easy to find options for long stays with pets so this was ideal. The bedroom was comfortable and most importantly very quiet at night. It is possible tp get your laundry done or hire a cleaner if you need to. Zaed is a very friendly and professional host who will do anything to help you out.

As I said a shower curtain would help stop the water going all over the floor. More cutlery would be good too.

Wrong location on advert. Showed 4-5 min walk from As - Salam international hospital but was a 15 minute drive. I requested to be cancelled immediately straight after booking but host said he cannot do as I had booked the same day. I only booked out of necessity as wife was transferred to this hospital in an emergency. I am sure there could have been a work around even if I paid a small cancellation fee. No compassion was applied.

المكان بصراحة يجنن و الشقة كبيرة و كويسه و الإطلالة تفوز على المسبح حقيقي شي خيااال لكن بصراحة أنا منجد اشكر الاستاذة مها افضل مديرة اتعاملت معاها ذوق و ادب ماشاءالله وتخدمك في اي حاجا اسلوبها يخليك تجلس معاها شهر مو يوم ولا يومين واي حاجا تكون ناقصه عليك بس كلمها و دقايق و يكون الشيء عندك حقيقي منجد شكرا استاذة مها و صاحب الشقة بصراحة كمان انسان جدا متفاهم و يخليك تحب المكان باختصار أعطي المكان 10/10 والخدمة 10/10 و الاستاذة مها 10/10 و صاحب الشقة كمان 10/10 وفي النهاية احب اشكر كمان المسؤول طارق يوفر لك اي حاجا بسرعة وقت ودائما موجود لخدمتك
