Ruhige Lage inkl. Parkplatz. Gute, vollständige Ausstattung. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Proaktive, klare Kommunikation des Vermieters.
Heizung nur über Klimaanlage. Nachts entweder Heizung aus oder störendes blaues Licht vom Display der Klimaanlage. Wenig Tageslicht. Dass man vor Verlassen der Wohnung selbst die Mülleimer leeren muss, erscheint mir übertrieben.

Gute Ausstattung, vor allem in der Küche, Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend. Separater Ankleideraum. Parkplatz neben dem Haus. Gute Klimaanlage.
