Location was in a very quiet estate. There was a Co-op just opposite for any last minute shopping requirements.
The house was toasty warm when we arrived and the thermostats were fairly easy to use to adjust this. The kitchen is well kitted out and there were plenty of plates and cutlery. Tea and coffee was supplied as were cloths and washing liquid.
The bedrooms had good light and the beds were comfortable with lovely full pillows.
All round very comfortable.
The hosts are very responsive via messaging and were able to sort out a small issue we had.
So quiet... (except for storm Dave but that wasn't the hosts fault).
Not anything to mention here.

Lovely new build estate. Very comfy beds. Clean. Comfy sofa. Loved everything about it. Will definitely come back.
