Villa 10 min bus to Oxford train

Fantastic house to stay in, the most well stocked accommodation I've stayed in. Beds were incredibly comfortable. The perfect stay for a large group of people as we didn't feel on top of each other. The area was lovely as we went to Oxford centre but also had great countryside walks nearby.

Good size for 12 people to stay and socialise. Nice house. Quirky in places. Plenty of parking. Easy bus to city.

Feels like someone’s home in places but not an issue.

This property is lovely, great location, layout, size and general feel. The garden space is great. It’s very comfortable and both the living and kitchen area are super social. There’s also some quieter spaces and the bedrooms are decorated nicely and have a warm homely feel.

There are lots of instructions and rules, which were clearly helpful and informative but felt slightly excessive.

We had a fab long weekend at Percy's house. It was spacious, well equipped for our family gathering of 11, with lovely garden, views, and in a quiet neighbourhood. And it was exceptionally clean. Percy was a great host, answering any questions quickly and providing some treats for our event. Lovely space to get together with friends and family. We had a private chef come one evening to cater for us - that was Joey from Peach and Pudding Catering. Lovely man, with delicious menus. A great time had by one and all, from age 1 to 70+ We consider ourselves lucky to have found this house!
