Amazing stay overall. The location is perfect, everything is exactly as described. The bed was very comfortable and the room itself was clean and well maintained. The view of Burj Khalifa is absolutely stunning — honestly the highlight of the stay, especially in the evening. Everything worked as it should, and I really enjoyed my time here. Would definitely recommend.

A few small things could be improved. The hot water seems to be limited by a boiler, so it’s not possible to take very long hot showers as it runs out after some time. Also, there are very few power outlets — it was quite hard to find available sockets, even in the bathroom. Lastly, the room can be a bit noisy because the entrance door doesn’t isolate sound very well. This feels more like a building issue rather than the host’s fault.

The studio itself and location is very good to move around the area. The receptionists are very helpful as well. they went out of their way to answer all our questions. the view of the Bhuj Khalifa is fantastic from your balcony.

It will be nice to have a storage room. I booked this seeing the extendable option of my stay but it did not work out. Yet, they did a favor of one hour extra stay. We were stuck with our luggage till 11 pm on 13 Dec. If I had known for this situation beforehand, would have stayed in a hotel which at least will have a storage facility for our luggage. overall, the place is a nice one.
