The property met our expectations and the stay was very comfortable. The staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout our visit. When we arrived, there were other guests playing music very loudly, and upon our request, the staff proactively intervened and reduced the noise. We really appreciated their quick response and professionalism. Overall, it was a pleasant and peaceful experience.
Nothing major. Everything was managed well by the staff.

Average, Need to improve, Second day they were not prepared and made us wait for more than a hour.
Considering the occupancy, they should have planned for the breakfast in advance. Wash room cleanliness could be improved, floor mats has to be cleaned. One of my rooms only had a semi transparent curtain window open to the opposite villa.
