Schönes geräumiges Haus mit schlechter Anbindung zum Skigebiet
+ Geräumiges Haus mit großer Küche und sauberen Zimmern. + toller Saunabereich
- Die Anbindung zum Skigebiet ist ohne Auto schwierig. Zum Skibus sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß (unter anderem durch eine recht steile, schlecht einsehbare Unterführung ohne Fußweg). Der Bus fährt sehr sehr selten und nur nach Vorderglemm und Viehhofen. Zell am See, Saalbach, Kaprun und die weiteren Orte sind durch den Skibus nicht angebunden. Leider hatten wir zu dieser Situation vor der Buchung Fehlinformationen. Wir würden das Haus zum Skifahren nicht nochmal buchen. - Es fehlt ein Bereich in dem man sich als Gruppe gemütlich aufhalten kann. Es gibt zwar ein Esszimmer, jedoch leider kein Wohnzimmer bzw. kein Sofa oder ähnliches.

Besser geht es nicht.......
Das Haus ist sehr gut und modern ausgestattet, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es liegt sehr Zentral, ein paar Meter nach Zell am See, oder nach Maishofen. Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Skifahren kann man auf der Schmittenhöhe, oder in Saalbach, in Maria Alm, oder auf dem Kitzsteinhorn. Die Auswahl ist groß. Wir kommen wieder!!

انصح به للعوائل الكبيرة بيت نظيف جدا ومتكامل ومساحته مريحة جدا والاهم صاحبة البيت بشوشه ولطيفة جدا ومتعاونة ومهتمه لراحة الضيوف وتسأل دائما اذا كل شي على ما يرام واذا نحتاج لاي شيء. الغرف• عدد الغرف وعدد الاسرة مناسب جدا للعوائل الكبيرة يوجد 7 غرف كل غرفه فيها سرير كبير وتلفزيون ونافذة كبيرة وبلكونه ايضا كبيرة جدا. وحجم الغرف مناسب. المطبخ • المطبخ مجهز بكل شي ولا ينقصة شي يوجد فيه اواني طبخ وصحون وملاعق واكواب وكل شي يتعلق بالمطبخ. الغسالة• يوجد غرفة للغسيل فيها غسالة ومنشر غسيل وكواية ولاكنها لا تعمل يوجد فيها ايضا مكنستين تنظيف كهربائيات لتنظيف البيت. صالة الجلوس• مناسبة جدا جدا للعائلة ويوجد فيها طاولة طعام تكفي للاعداد الكبيرة ويوجد فيها مكيف صغير مناسب. الحمامات• في الطابق السفلي يوجد حمام ويوجد حمام اخر للاستحمام. في الطابق الارضي يوجد فقط حمام واحد. في الطابق الاول يوجد حمام ويوجد حمام للاستحمام جميعها بدون شطاف ماء. الحديقة• في حديقة البيت يوجد العاب اطفال ويوجد جلسة جميلة جدا مظللة بشجرة عنب جميلة و مكينة شواء. ومساحة واسعة خضراء. الباركنات• الباركنات تكفي الى عدد 3 سيارات او 4. الخلاصة• البيت جميل جدا ومناسب للعائلات الكبيرة وكل شي متوفر فيه. اتمنى اكون اعطيت البيت حقه في التقييم.
الغرف بدون مكيفات بعض الايام كانت حارة وكنا نحتاج الى مكيفات في الغرف. الحمامات بدون شطاف. يوجد بعوض. كواية الملابس لا تعمل.
