Die Lage ist hervorragend. Nur wenige Schritte zum Strand. Fahrradverleih um die Ecke. Supermarkt schnell erreichbar und ein schöner Weg in die Innenstadt. Großartig ist die eigene Terrasse.

Das Mobiliar könnte mal eine Auffrischung erfahren, aber es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.
