Downtown Manor-Panavila

We had a very pleasant stay at Downtown Manor by Halcyon Traveltech. This is a well-maintained 2-bedroom apartment located very close to TVM Central Railway Station and TVM Central KSRTC Bus Station, which makes it extremely convenient for travelers. The apartment is on the 4th floor and has lift facility, ensuring easy access. One of the biggest advantages is the Ajwa Biriyani restaurant located on the downstairs level, making it very easy to get food without traveling far. The apartment is clean, spacious, and well equipped with open Wi-Fi, air conditioners, washing machine, refrigerator, kitchen, working table, and TV. All essential amenities were available, making the stay comfortable for both short and long durations. Overall, it offers great comfort, accessibility, and value for money. Highly recommended for families, couples, and business travelers.

Very good location. Very spacious excellent staff . Would recommend it to others. The staff was very accommodating with our request to get a blender and other things.

For long term renters we would recommend to have a microwave and toaster.

Basically it is not hotel, it is apartment situated in a commercial building, it is good for person who wants to stay for long time big & spacious.booking .com should confirm this thing before showing online booking.

It is not hotel, no any facilty available as others hotel provides, no any room service, no any cleaning staff, no even single free drinking water bottle..no bed sheets change, no towel, I found in gallery some used wine & whiskey bottles there, which was very embarrassing for family . no nearby veg restaurant, I booked for two days 27 to 29 December 24, check out time was 12 PM a suddenly on 29 morning 8 AM another family came & started knocking my door continuously, I opened & asked about matter they said their own booking , I told my check out time is not over, they & I became frustrated & started to make call property owner & care taker but both did not pick up call. I closed door, I do not know where did those family go ? Later on I checked out 11.AM.
