Charming 1BR condo features self-check-in

This is a great location and property. WE have stayed here before. We love it. The bed is comfy, AC's work very well, on-sitewasher is fantastic, and kithenette is really nice, clean and everything works. Wifi is strong!! NEtflix is perfect plus YouTube!! Lights and sliding doors to the balcony are nice as well...

We do love this unit, but this time it was not very clean. It smelled bad and the carpet and sofa has a smell.

Everything was perfect coming in. The bed was comfortable. It has two air conditioners, the kitchen and sink with the refrigerator were very useful. Provided was an umbrella, a duster, broom and dustpan, garbage bags, washing machine, even a squeegee for the shower. I had two sliding doors going on the porch for drying clothes, which was very convenient. The nice opaque curtains allowed for beautiful natural morning sunlight into the bedroom and living room. The TV worked and never had any problems with the Wi-Fi. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. It’s nice when things are clean, and everything works. Communication with the owner was also very prompt and responsive. That builds trust and confidence. I will book this unit again in the future. We loved it!!

The front door slams pretty hard. Twice my fiancé got hit with the door when she was going out because it slams itself shut if you don’t hold onto it. I mean, you get hit once and you learn your lesson. But you shouldn’t ever have to learn that lesson. Minor thing. There were small ants always looking for any crumbs. No big deal. I see those everywhere in the Philippines. They’re pretty clean.
