a nice place to stay

I liked the spa and the size of our room. But, is not how big is described, 30 mp, is more smoller. The breakfast was ok.

the attitude of the management. the heating was only with an aerotherme.

We were so impressed with Renata on the front desk - she was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating to all our requests. I liked the location, it was minutes into town, there was ample parking and Renata told us that if we get stuck because of the snow, someone from the hotel will help us get out. (We didn't need it in the end). We liked that we had that extra little room for my daughter to sleep in - it made it very convenient and cost effective. We liked the fact that it was self catering. They were generous with an extra blanket and an additional toweling robe.

The heating in the main room was extremely noisy - which actually disturbed my sleepm but likely only this particular room. The hotel did send someone up who informed us there was nothing to do. My husband had to come up with some creative solution to stop the heater contracting noisily everytime it turned on and off. This is why I gave a lower score to comfort, but this aside I would have given it a higher score. There was very little surface area, so although there were cooking facilities which we very much appreciated it was very cramped. The shower was adequate. The sink in the bathroom was so small that we sometimes used the kitchen sink :)

Mixed feelings

Staff at the bar and restaurant was very polite. They really wanted to make us feel good.

Had to reduce our stay with one night, unfortunately I didn't receive any refund for the night and dinner that we prepaid. I asked the staff at the reception and they directed me towards booking.com since I made my reservation through the platform. I contacted booking.com and they wrote it is not a problem and directed me to the hotel for the refund. I asked politely at the reception and they said that they cannot do the refund. Go figure. Not a nice experience overall and I didn't want to push it further.

Nice rooms and responsive host

We were 3 families and rented 3 rooms. We chose this property because we search for a property with AC and booking proposed it. However it appeared that there was no AC. I don't want to give bad score to the property but we were disappointed. We were lucky that it wasn't too hot but otherwise it would be really painful. The rooms were clean and good equipped, the host was nice and responsive. Overall we had a goof stay

There is no AC. In one of rooms WiFi didn't work in one of rooms (was fixed, took 2 days). We were on the ground floor, it's pretty noisy and no view

Personnel pas très acceuillant surtout le garçon au petit déjeuner. Mauvaise odeur dans Hammam peut être bien de mettre de l'eucalyptus. Petits enfants dans le spa ce qui est pourtant interdit!

Esquí en Bansko

El apartamento está perfectamente equipado para unos días en la nieve, permitiéndote emplearlo tanto como habitación de hotel como para hacer, si te apetece, una cena en la habitación sin problema. La temperatura del apartamento estaba genial y era enorme. El desayuno estaba delicioso, teniendo opciones locales e internacionales.

Nos hubiese gustado que el SPA dispusiese de piscina además de las saunas. Una pena también que en el desayuno te cobren un extra si solicitas café de la máquina expresso. Si bien la zona común, el SPA y las habitaciones están bien diseñadas y son confortables, los pasillos no están a la altura de las demás partes del alojamiento. Solicité una planta alta y nos dieron una en planta baja dando al parking, lo que no daba mucha privacidad.

L’établissement est très bien situé. L’espace détente est très beau et propre. Le buffet du soir si vous souhaitez pas vous déplacer en ville pour un restaurant incorrect.

J’aurais aimé avoir des doubles rideaux dans la chambre pour pouvoir dormir plus longtemps.
