We always love staying here when visiting Sutton. The apartments are great, they have everything you need for your stay. The checkin process is so easy and reliable. Never a complaint about this accomodation!

The flat is super convenient for shops. The allocated parking was a huge bonus. Having a washer/dryer was fantastic. The flat is clean, bright, and spacious.

The sofa and the bed are impossibly uncomfortable, which affected our stay a lot. After 4 nights we both had very sore backs. It is noisy - neighbours, activity in the alley. Rock breakers and excavators operated all day at the construction site at the back - it was impossible to relax during the day. There is no coffee machine as per description. No salt, pepper, foil, basic cooking supplies. The train station is a fair walk. Getting to Knightsbridge involved 1:20hr train/bus/walk combinations. Wifi failed on the first night but was ok after a reboot. There were no tea towels but the owner/manager dropped some off quickly.

Great location. Convenient for supermarkets and public transport. The accommodation provided everything as advertised. Clean. You get what you pay for. It's very bright with lots of sunlight. We stayed for 17 days, and the weather was exceptionally warm.

The entrance to the block was off-putting initially but you get used to it. Once you are in the unit, things are fine.
