The location of the property is perfect - just a short drive to wonderful beaches, a large Publix at the corner and many restaurants nearby. The 2 bedroom/2 bath layout was good for our family and the washer & dryer was an added convenience. Very easy to access the property and management readily answered our phone call upon "check in".
We stayed here towards the end of the area's "busy" season, so I imagine the property has been used a lot recently. The property was mostly clean, but definitely in need of a thorough top-to-bottom deep clean to address all the nooks & crannies and baseboards. There are a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed and it sounds like they are on the manager's "to do" list once things calm down.

La maison est très grande et bien équipée. Il est facile de se garer et l emplacement est idéal.
Le matelas du canapé était très inconfortable, on sentait tous les ressorts, alors que le reste des matelas était parfait. Très confortable pour 4 pas plus.

The house was charming. The details and the decoration were beautiful, the sofa on the porch were very comfortable and everything was perfectly clean. The instruction and the quick replies of the owners were very helpful.
We were disappointed to find out that the price displayed on Booking.com does not include the total cost, as an additional $99 cleaning fee plus taxes are added later. (It’s worth mentioning that I made the booking while in the USA, not in Europe where I live, apparently they do it differently there, so it came as a surprise when paying).
