Studio cosy en plein centre-ville

Great location. In the centre of EVERYTHING! Excellent restaurants, the local market, shops, and the waterfront are all within a 5-7-minute walk. The studio was clean, with a comfortable bed, air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, and an iron.

There's a restaurant next door, but the noise was very low and only lasted until 11 a.m. I didn't have access to email, so it was difficult to get my key. But the hosts answered my call and helped with my luggage and check-in.

The location is unbeatable, up a side street in the old part of Cannes, above some gorgeous restaurants and a view of a piazza outside that is very relaxing, with a short stroll to the beach and the train station. The bed is comfy and the room surprisingly spacious. Bathroom is large and clean and accessible. Apartment very clean and fresh. Hosts owned the restaurant below and I had the best meal of my Euro Trip (the Gnocchi) there.

No issues. Just sad I had to leave.

In ottima posizione, si trova in ztl ma il parcheggio a pagamento è a due passi, quindi comodissimo. In pieno centro storico. Appartamento carino. Staff molto gentile.

Pur essendo l’appartamento abbastanza spazioso e carino, dove ci si può muovere agilmente, non abbiamo dormito bene perché ai piedi del letto si trova un paravento inamovibile, il letto è incastrato e le persone alte non entrano, il letto non si può spostare, quindi bisogna dormire rannicchiati. I cuscini erano altissimi e non molto adatti per dormire, erano quadrati più adatti ad un divano. Le lenzuola erano stropicciate, non stirate e non sapevano molto di pulito, ma più di casa di studenti. Non c’erano saponi nel bagno ( io l’ho comprato e lasciato per gli ospiti dopo di me), c’era un solo telo doccia da usare per tutto, non c’era possibilità di fare colazione, un buono per un bar vicino, o delle fette biscottate, o merendine in casa. Non c’è l’armadio ma solo dei ganci al muro. C’era però la possibilità di farsi il caffè e due bottigliette d’acqua.

Central location, right in the old historic center of Cannes. Nice comfortable studio with kitchen and coffee machine, much appreciated the complementary coffee capsules left by the owners. Friendly and nice staff.

The studio would need some minor fixing, the shutters were a bit hard to open and close. Being in a lively night area with restaurants and bar can be a bit noisy during the night.
