Nuju Rentals - Luxury Apartments with Pool Jacuzzi and Sauna

Die Wohnung und die ganze Anlage sind sehr schön. Es ist sehr ruhig, wir konnten den Dschungel und einen Maja Tempel sehen. Im Auto ist man schnell am Strand. Man kann sich dort sehr gut erholen. Während unserer Zeit waren die Strände von Braunalgen verseucht und die Poollandschaft war eine tolle Alternative.

Die Informationen zur Anreise waren schlecht. Das gut gemeinte YouTube Video ist nur hilfreich für den Fall, dass man zu Fuss anreist, aber nicht mit dem Auto. Wir konnten mit dem Auto direkt vor dem Lift parken, der uns nach oben zur Wohnung brachte. Das fanden wir aber erst heraus, nachdem wir die Hälfte des Gepäcks quer durch die ganze Anlage schleppen mussten. Die einzige Information, die wir nämlich hatten, war die, wie man zu Fuss vom Eingang bis zur Wohnung gelangt. Bereits vorher hatten wir Schwierigkeiten, den Ort überhaupt zu finden, denn die Adresse in Booking war nicht korrekt. Erst als wir in Google Maps Xalet Luxury Loft eingaben, fanden wir die richtige Adresse. Was mir ebenfalls nicht gefallen hat, ist die Kaffeemaschine. Es gibt nur eine Filter Kaffeemaschine und keine Alternative für Kaffeeliebhaber. Es dauert zwei Tage, bis wir in einem Supermarkt wenigstens eine Moccamaschine fanden, um starken Kaffee zu machen, der nicht bitter ist.

Apartment js facing construction site so its impossible to stay in the balcony because its soo loud, noisy and dusty. Also dirty towels and jacuzzi.

The location was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was clean, and the whole surrounding area was beautiful and felt very relaxing and tropical. Overall, the place itself and the environment around it were fantastic

There was construction of new houses nearby, and every morning from around 8 a.m. we had to listen to loud construction noises, which was disappointing since we came for holidays and relaxation. There was also a lot of noise at night from other guests, and no one seemed responsible for handling it. After 1–2 a.m., I had to personally go out and ask them to quiet down. The apartment also didn’t have good soundproofing

The condominium is a good place overall, if not for the construction.

The accommodation listing is misleading. There is a tower under construction only 5 meters away, which means constant noise and workers looking directly into the unit, forcing you to keep the curtains closed for privacy. This is only mentioned very briefly in a hidden section of the listing, while the main advertisement presents a very different reality. The jacuzzi loungers are heavily worn out, and the management only communicates in English even though they operate in Mexico. They initially sent me the wrong address for the accommodation, and they did not provide the QR access code until after I had already arrived. The condominium itself is a good place, but this particular apartment is not.
