Great pre-arrival communication, check in was smooth. Well equipped. Very clean, all the amenities you could need.
Apartment was so hot. Actually thought the heating was on to begin with. Had windows open but mafd no difference, fans would definitely be a bonus addition. It wasn't clear when booking that there wasn't a private entrance to the apartment so felt more like staying in someone's home, than a rental which was a bit uncomfortable as a door to access their living space was at the bottom of the stairs. However no one used the door or disturbed us.
