La posizione è vicina sia al mare che al centro del paese di Marciana Marina. Purtroppo il patio, e la camera confinavano con la strada principale di uscita dal paese, pertanto il traffico era abbastanza sostenuto.

aggiungerei se possibile una doccia esterna; attualmente c'è sono un tubo da irrigazione.
