The bedrooms were decent
I expected someone to welcome us into the property and do show us around and at preheat the house. The house was freezing cold.

Knew exactly what we were getting, great value for money. A standard stay which was good for 2 nights. Good location near the metro and parking. You know what you're getting with this price and value. It's what's we were looking for. Clean and good value.

It's a very nice house located very close to the Metro, which is convenient, and is only a few stops away from the centre of Newcastle. The sofa and beds were comfy, the fridge freezer was big and able to fit a lot of things. The shower was great! The kitchen had the majority of what you'd need, as did the bathroom and bedroom. They provided extra toiletries which were very handy, as well as tea, sugar and coffee that we could use.
There was no bin in the bathroom, which became very inconvenient for some of my friends. Additionally, there were no baking trays for the oven or an alternative provided, which meant we had to go and buy some more. One half of the toaster was broken, which wasn't necessarily a problem, just a bit inconvenient. The toilet door was also quite difficult to close, and didn't have a lock on it. But overall, these issues were minor and didn't interrupt our stay all that much.
