Öncelikle evin konumunu çok beğendik. İçin dizaynı mükemmeldi. Tekrar gideceğim zaman yine tercihim bu ev olacağına garanti verebilirim ve tüm çevremede tavsiye edeceğim.
Tek sorun televizyon yerel kanalları göstermiyordu diğer seçeneklerde dil Almancaydı.

Neue, moderne und smarte Wohnung. Gemütliches Ambiente. Schöne große Fenster und Balkon. Swimmingpool auf der Dachterrasse mit schöner Aussicht. Zwei Bäder mit ebenerdiger Regen Dusche. Gute, mit Markengeräte, ausgestattete Küche. Fußläufig gut erreichbarer, feinsandiger Strand mit kristallklarem Wasser. Vor allem nachts, sehr ruhige Umgebung. Geisterstadt Varosha in fußläufiger Nähe.
Schlechte Versorgungslage. Keine Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sowie Bäckereien in unmittelbarer Nähe. Handwerksbetriebe in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft mit zeitweiser entsprechender Geräuschkulisse. Im Inserat versprochene Dienstleistungen (Fitness Studio, SPA-Einrichtung) noch nicht fertiggestellt.
