Location was perfect for the occasion we were attending
Unsure on arrival of whether we could park due to signs saying parking only for No 1. Luckily there was someone in at No 1 and they confirmed the agreement with Josh.

clean and pleasant old cottage
very basic with steep stairs immediately outside bedroom - no table/bedside lamps - had to chase for entry code - water stone cold, thankfully I realised on way to bed (don't usually bother whether water is hot when washing before be, thankfully I did this time) so was able to turn on boiler for morning water
