Elvira nos estaba esperando y nos guió durante todo el proceso. Excelente atención de su parte. El lugar estaba impecable en el centro de Purmamarca, cerca de la plaza y de restaurantes.

No hay nada negativo para agregar

The location is good. The house is fine. If everything works out, it's good value for the money.

We rented a Two-Bedroom house with 2 bathrooms for 6 people: 4 adults and 2 kids. A few days before our arrival we started getting messages from Gonzalo. He said he was managing our reservation, asked when we were planning to arrive, and gave us all instructions. He also mentioned that one of the workers will meet us there and let us in. A young woman met us and showed us a house. It looked smaller than I expected. Then I noticed that there was just 1 bathroom instead of 2. After that we figured out that there were beds for 5 people only. When we mentioned it the worker, she said that this is what they had. We said that we reserved a different house. She called Gonzalo, and said that other people already moved there, and we had to take what they had available. We insisted that we couldn’t stay in the house she showed us, because there were not enough beds for 6 people to sleep. She said that we didn’t mention that we had 2 children when we made our reservation. I showed her our Booking reservation where we even mentioned kids' ages. She called Gonzalo again, and after that she agreed to let us into the house we reserved. While we were going back and forth, one of the kids had to go to the bathroom, and the only house that was open for us at that time was one that she initially showed us. After that she said that we would have to pay some cleaning fee for that first house because the boy was using the bathroom there and opened up a soap package. We brough her a new soap, and said that it was not our fault that we were not let into the house we reserved right away. After we settled in, I started getting messages from Gonzalo. He was very nice and apologetic for the “confusion”. I think they double-booked this bigger house, and tried to make us take the smaller one (which we would have probably taken if we didn’t have more people that could sleep there). The house was nice, though we couldn’t let any of our kids sleep on the upper bunkbed, because it had no rails.
