- High ceilings - Spacious - Nice Wardrobe & Lighting - Bright - Well equipped - Lots of snacks when we arrived - Just across the street from a really nice sea entry point - Convenient walking distance to the main center - It was relatively easy to find parking close by (maybe we were just lucky, not sure)

- Extremely noisy: garbage cans are just 2 meters from the windows, so you constantly hear them being opened. Worst of all, the garbage truck to clean the big garbage cans came as early as 04:30-05:00 in the mornings, waking us up several times during our stay. - A bus stop is directly in front of the apartment (next to the garbage cans), adding more noise from people gathering there. - The apartment is on the ground floor and located inside a curve, so we had to keep the outside shutters closed at all times, especially at night, as car headlights shone directly inside. - Very limited space to hang laundry; a proper drying rack would be recommended. - The apartment was not cleaned once during our 6-night stay. In a similar apartment (same category/price), cleaning was provided every other day. - The bed is very small for 2 people, below standard size. - We were told not to drink the tap water. I don't think I have ever stayed in a place (in Europe) where it was not possible to drink the tap water. Maybe it would have been ok, but we didn't want to risk it, since the owner explicitly told us. Carrying bottled water was not that great in terms of organization and also not from an environmental perspective.

Very good communication with the host. We arranged our time for collection and were met at the property by someone who explained to us all relevant information. We liked the key card access and the fact it had a private entrance with additional security gate.

Desde el departamento se veía el mar y la iglesia. A distancia caminaba del centro, barrio seguro. Departamento cómodo, con todos los servicios necesarios, y buena estética. La comunicación y amabilidad de la anfitriona, destacables. Sin dudas volvería.

No se llegan a oscurecer un 100% las ventanas. De todos modos, no tuve ningún problema para descansar!

Perfect location! 2 minute walk to the beach, and 5-10 minutes walk to many wonderful restaurants and shops. The place is spotless and modern. The host was very considerate and waited at the front of the apartment to help us check in.

Naturally a bit of noise and light because it’s close to a main road, but I found it was worth it because the location was prime
