Thành Thuý Hotel

What can I say. I booked a Room at Thanh Thuy Hotel as I was traveling up to Buon Ma Thuot to look at the Durian Festival. Already the pre-arrival correspondence with the Hotel was handled very efficient & professionally. Once I arrived they guided me to my Car Parking Space and check-in was all smooth. The Room is very comfortable, spacious, clean and has all the necessary amenities. Apart from the very reasonable price, central location, The Staff are The Heros at Thamh Thuy Hotel. Very helpful, always polite and professional. Yes, I will return. Oh, must mention the Cats, there's 3 lovely Cats (I suppose they belong to the Owner), they very Friendly and always love a scratch or cuddle

Clients of the next rooms make noise, hit the doors very late in the night and that wake up us for a while. They should be reminded by the staff.

Rooms were clean. Location was good

Staff was not good. Most hotels this range staff will interact. Not one word as I came and went many times. No breakfast. You can tell they run bare bones. 1 housekeeper and 1 staff and the staff seemed lazy. I never heard them be vocally pleasant to any guests. If that was my staff id fire them all. A monkey could do as good. Rooms are pretty tiny for pricepoint. Its shocking this was rated 8.7
