A perfect stay — clean, comfortable and beautifully located

We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment is spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and feels truly luxurious while still being very comfortable and cozy. The location is excellent — just a short and pleasant walk to the Old Town, making it very convenient for sightseeing and dining. Private parking is available, which is a huge plus, especially when traveling by car. The host was extremely friendly, helpful and responsive, making our stay smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing time at this fabulous apartment.

Apartment was fabulous. The location were able to arrange a driver (Marin) to and from Dubrovnik Airport directly to/from the apartment's garage so no need need to carry heavy luggage. Communication with the property was immediate and they were able to facilitate an early arrival. The location is also ideal only a 10-15 min walk through some beautiful narrow streets to the old city with plenty of cafes to enjoy on the way. The apartment had excellent facilities everything a traveller would need for a short stay. Did not get to use the pool or gym but both were well equipped if required.

Superb accommodations in a convenient location and reasonably priced

The rooms were spacious, beds and linens first class, kitchen is fully equipped for all of our cooking needs, location is excellent with a moderate walk to the Old Town, parking is a big plus in a city where parking is scarce and at a premium.

The A/C wasnt working properly in three of the four rooms. One of our sinks leaked at the drain. The shower water ran out across the floor.

Infested with ants

It had some luxury facilities you would expect with an expensive apartment. However, we were misled into thinking we were getting 5 star accommodation, the room we stayed in was in fact 4 stars. For clarity the swimming pool is shared and round the corner outside the apartment.

It was smaller than expected with little natural light. It was covered with ant traps which we thought was strange. In the morning my wife was horrified to find the kitchen crawling with ants. The door bell rang at 9.45am, 15 minutes before checkout as my wife was still getting dressed. I answered the door to the owner of the property. She was reminding us that it was a 10am check out. I asked could we please have another 10 minutes. She said no you need to leave at exactly 10am as it was being cleaned. In the taxi to the airport I received a phone blaming my wife and I for the ants. I explained it was clearly a reoccurring problem evidenced by the ant traps. The whole experience left a bad taste and ruined what little we enjoyed from the stay.

Lovely location, near to old town. Super easy to park, which can’t be said for all places. Lovely rooms and super helpful members of staff. We had the pool to ourselves. Hot tub is part of penthouse 3rd floor apartment but no matter. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location for a luxury apartment within 10-15 minutes walk of the city walls

the property is 5 stars. modern, clean, everything you need and feels luxury like a hotel. we were 8 people and the property is spacious and plenty of room for everyone. the roof terrace is stunning and the swim spa is massive. the photos on here are good but do not do the property justice in reality it is so amazing to see and comfortable.

Outstanding modern luxury penthouse

One of the best rental homes we’ve stayed. This is very modern luxury apartment just 15mins walk from the Old City. Everything about this penthouse apartment was top notch with an attached bathroom in every bedroom with a wonderful pool on the first floor. Our penthouse also had an amazing terrace with amazing view of the Adriatic Sea and mountains and an amazing sunset view. It also had one of the largest hot tub / jacuzzi on the terrace that I have ever seen. Highly recommend this place!

The apartment was great, deserved luxury tag. One of the better places I have stayed in. Really helpful property manager Nikolina who arranged our transfers from port & to airport. About 15 minute walk to city wall / gates. Yes up hill on way back.

The property is absolutely amazing. Spectacular views of all of Dubrovnik. Wonderful rooftop terraces for dining and relaxing. Our children especially enjoyed the rooftop swim spa. The apartment is spacious, well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Comfortable beds, beautifully decorated, more luxurious than my own home. Nikolina and her husband were wonderful to deal with.

A perfect base for exploring the magic of Dubrovnik.

We loved so many things about our stay! Communication was easy and smooth—our hosts were responsive and accommodating, even with our late arrival. The location was great, just a short distance from Old Town. The space was clean, comfortable, and very roomy, and the pool was a fantastic bonus!

Exceptional

Cascade luxury apartments was excellent from top to bottom. The attention to detail in the apartment was seconded to none, we couldn’t fault it. The location was great with only a 10min walk down into the old town, just be prepared for a few steps but taxis were readily available. The staff were always available to answer any questions and always replied very quickly. We would love to come and stay again.
