I had to extend my stay in Hanoi at the last minute and happened to come across this hotel. It turned out to be a pleasant surprise.
I managed to book a suite with a separate living room and bedroom for less than *** (around ***) thanks to a last-minute discount. As someone who travels frequently for business, having the extra living space was a huge advantage. It made the room feel much more comfortable and provided a great environment to work or attend online meetings without feeling cramped.
The location is another highlight. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés just downstairs or within a short walking distance, making it very convenient for meals or casual business meetups.
I was also impressed by the soundproofing. Even though the area has plenty of activity, I wasn't disturbed by noise at night, and the room was quiet enough for work and video meetings.
The only downside was the cleanliness. While the room looked tidy at first glance, I found an empty shampoo packet left behind by the previous guest, and the floors could have been cleaner. Thankfully, I always travel with my own slippers, so it wasn't a major issue for me. The hotel also provides reusable slippers if needed, but I do think the housekeeping team could pay a bit more attention to detail.
Overall, considering the price, space, and quiet environment, I think this hotel offers excellent value for money. With a little improvement in housekeeping, it would easily become one of my top choices in Hanoi. I'll definitely consider staying here again whenever I have meetings in this area.

The room was comfortable but show wear. You are a taxi ride to anywhere. This was nice for having a non tourists neighborhood.
