Murrieta hot springs was even more than we expected. The room was clean and so nicely put together. The pools and bath house were enjoyable. Will be back

Murrieta Hot Springs is exactly what I needed to unwind and escape the daily grind back in Los Angeles. We had a corner room overlooking the lake. It’s especially peaceful during the mornings and weekdays if you want to avoid the influx that the weekend and day pass carriers brings. The sound baths were peaceful. It would be nice if the cafe were more central to all of the lodging and if staff came around to take orders to avoid having to leave your serenity. There’s a bathhouse, gym and other amenities on site and the various temp pools has a little something for everyone. It’s also across the street from a number of restaurants so you can dine on site or find more affordable options nearby. And with Temecula just next door you have a plethora of wineries and additional food options. Check out the Temecula Salt Cave for another option.

Invitation to check in and do nothing, you don’t even have to leave the facility to eat. The one site restaurant was memorable, but maybe a little expensive - Talia - $185 for three with tax and tip - no booze. Loved the restorative yoga and the lovely tubs and the lake with all the birds, turtles and lizards, just lovely, friendly other guests, but solo quiet time was possible, too, beautiful gym. Definitely worth the drive and the money, you would need two full days to experience it all so book 2 nights if you can and get there early, you want some time to just stare at the lake listening to the sound bath.
