Beautiful neighborhood near the water. Walk to the beach. Surrounded by multi million dollar homes. Best restaurants shops and places to go are all walking distance.
Walk or take a short UBER ride
1- NO loud music after 10 pm inside or outside
2- $500 fee per day for smoking inside house
3-$500 fee for parties in the house
4- If pet damages anything guest will pay for it at the price the host specifies, a pet fee of $50 per day collected before check in. If not paid before check this will cause a non refundable cancelation.
5-Only 2 cars allowed in parking space. Parked behind each other, everything else will be towed
6-Locals most contact host before booking. Locals can't instant book
7- Only the 2 guest staying on the property are allowed. All guest must be declared. Any undeclared guest will charged an additional $40 per day.
8-Additional $150 cleaning fee for excessively dirty home.
9- $50 late check out fee for 30 minutes passed check out, If you stay longer the 1 hours passed check out we will charge a full day rate and this does not allow you to stay on the property. This is just a penalty.
10- Any person not following the rules, will have their stay terminated.
11- Only the person who booked can check in into their reservation.
12- Please have a working phone line to be able to contact.
13- Guest take responsibility for all pets actions
14- All guest take responsibility for their actions
15- You hold your self liable for any injuries to you or any guest staying or there at the property during the time you have it rented. Owners and Managers will not be held liable for anything.
16 . All pets must be on a leach when walked outside of your apartment. You are responsible for all the pets actions, behaviors and damage.

Had a great stay! Everything we could have possibly needed was available in the room and we were able to easily walk to many restaurants, the mall which includes target and a grocery store which covers anything you might need to get while you're there, and if course the local beach which was lovely, clean and quiet. Couldn't have asked for anything else or a better location! My only suggestion for improvement would be a couple chairs and maybe a small table to sit outside.
