VOLCANO VIEW RETREAT: Sleeps 4 - this unit is located on the second and third floor of a 3 story house. With a loft-inspired sleeping area (not actual walled in room), 1.5-bath layout. A/C, hot water, internet tv, 200mbsp Fiber Optic internet, Revel in spectacular views of the Arenal Volcano from the large kitchen and front porch. - A one-bedroom unit with a showered bath.
Equipped with air conditioning, induction stove top, coffee maker, cooking utensils, pots/pans, refrigerator, and internet TV (YouTube, Plex, Pluto, Magellen, etc.)
You will have access to all public areas like the pool area, bathroom and shower in the pool area, and the gardens.
The two caretakers will be there on the property to help you with anything you may need.

Adjacent to an elderly retirement community, we cherish our neighbors and, out of respect for their tranquility, kindly request that guests refrain from hosting loud parties or playing music at high volumes after 10 pm. This ensures that everyone, both on our property and in the surrounding community, can enjoy a restful night's sleep and wake up to the sounds of a rejuvenating tropical morning. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in preserving the peaceful ambiance of our charming locale.

Situated in a small and quiet neighborhood, our property is only a 3-minute drive from the town center of La Fortuna. Restaurants, tour offices, and one of the largest grocery stores in the area are all conveniently located within a short drive. The famous La Fortuna Waterfall is just 5 minutes away, and local hot springs are within a 5 to 15-minute drive.
