The Schwanbeck Vacation Home is a bungalow with approximately 85 square meters of living and usable space on a 1,200-square-meter lot. All rooms and the patio are on one level, making the house suitable for guests with limited mobility. The house is very well insulated, and all rooms are equipped with underfloor heating. Layout: This stylish vacation home features a spacious entryway, an open-concept, fully equipped kitchen—including an oven, stove, fridge-freezer combo, dishwasher, and various other appliances—as well as a dining area and living room. The living room features a 65-inch flat-screen TV; another 40-inch TV is installed in the bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed. Another bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub, sink, and toilet. The utility room has a washer and dryer. You can use Wi-Fi free of charge throughout the entire vacation home. Comfortable seating and a gas grill are available for you on the terrace. The house includes a carport, as well as space to park two additional cars. Starting in August 2024, guests will have access to a hot tub on the sun terrace. Use of the hot tub is subject to a fee and can be booked after making your reservation.
Bed linens and towels are included in the rental price. You’re more than welcome to bring your dog. A maximum of two dogs are allowed for a fee. The Schwanbeck vacation home is located in the small town of Dassow, in the Schwanbeck district. Dassow is near Lübeck, situated in the triangle formed by Wismar, Schwerin, and Lübeck, on the Bay of Lübeck. Nature, beaches, and towns are right on your doorstep. In the village of Dassow, you’ll find supermarkets, bakeries, a pharmacy, gas stations, and restaurants to meet your daily needs. The vacation home and property are part of a row of houses with ample space between neighbors and an unobstructed view of nature overlooking the Stepenitz Valley.
