Stone farmhouse of 160m², we can accommodate 6 /7 people. The house consists of three bedrooms with double beds, one of which has a king size bed. A private infinity pool (from May to the end of September depending on the weather) pool-house, wooded and fully enclosed grounds of 2000m² with direct access to the Via Ardèche. Barbecue and real pizza oven. All the comfort and charm in addition.
The Mas du Rocher is located 2.5km from the center of Ruoms, next to our three chalets (not overlooked).
Our rentals are reserved for family customers. (parties and festive evenings are not allowed)
You will have direct access to the Via Ardèche: an old railway line rehabilitated as a cycle or pedestrian path, to run and walk in peace. Cleaning fee reduced to 100€ for two nights.
This stone farmhouse that we have renovated and expanded over the years will offer you great moments!
It is the ideal starting point to discover our beautiful region: Vallon pont d'Arc only 10 minutes by car, villages of character such as Labeaume, Balazuc, Vogüé. Lovers of nature and (road) cycling routes we will recommend our best routes, as well as hiking. Fancy a canoe trip? Or rent a bike? Everything is possible, we will be able to advise you for your leisure activities.
Detail of the farmhouse: the infinity pool of 9 m x 5 m with a gentle slope of 0.70m to 1.50m with a staircase, will make you share great joys on hot summer days. The swimming pool is open from May to the end of September, depending on the weather. You can share your meals under the pool house, equipped with a large fridge, sink, bar, and garden furniture. You will be in the shade, with a beautiful view of the Sampzon rock.
You can also "play" pizzaiolos, thanks to a real pizza oven in the shade of the hackberry tree.
The kitchen: modern, fully equipped with quality materials, snack table, stools, this one is open by a stone vault, to the living room.
The large living room, air-conditioned and also equipped with a fireplace with insert for the mid-season. The living room has two sofas with XXL modular headrests, television, books and board games will be at your disposal. A large bay in the living room opens onto the covered terrace as well as a second bay in the dining room where you can comfortably sit 6/8 people; A "bar" with books and board games will delight young and old;
The three bedrooms: a large bedroom with a King size bed (180 x 200), a 90 bed (on request with supplement) can be added. A second bedroom with exposed beams, electric skylight, and a double bed, full of charm with its stone wall. The third bedroom, smaller but with a double bed and all the comforts, dressing room, shelves, television.
Finally, the large bathroom, of about 16m², is equipped with a double-sink sink, a large walk-in shower and a toilet with partition, and storage.
For your comfort, the beds are made on arrival, and you will also find towels. Only bath towels for the pool will be required.
We can accommodate two young children under two years old, in a travel cot.
Cleaning is mandatory, 160.00 € 100 € 2 nights
Our animal friends, well behaved, are admitted 15€ per night vaccinations up to date, under 20 kg; with the agreement of the owner
We welcome you from 5 pm (4 pm if the house is ready before) and departures are between 7:30 am and 11:00 am.

New for 2024: The Mas du Rocher for 6 people and two children - 18 months old in travel cot, (possibility of putting a 90cm bed in the largest bedroom). The farmhouse has three bedrooms, a large bathroom, two toilets, a beautiful modern kitchen open to the living room, a dining room, a large living room with a fireplace opening onto the covered terrace with a view of the swimming pool as well as a pool house.

The single-storey farmhouse is located 2.5 km from the town center of Ruoms with direct access to the Via Ardèche allowing you to cycle, run or simply stroll in complete safety.
