Luxury Villa with Outdoor Pool - ##villamuenchen##

The house was beautiful, clean and in a good area.All of the bathrooms flood if you take a shower, The floors are not pitch correctly and there is no shower barrier on the floor to prevent water from leaving the shower area.On the last night I tried the shower in the basement. It flooded as well.My son opened a lower kitchen cabinet door and it almost fell on him. Apparently the door had been broken prior to our arrival. We should have been informed of this prior to entering the property. Instead, the owner sent me an email and accused us of breaking it and was looking for compensation. Apparently the drains in the basement shower were not working (I used it once) and she asked me why I hadn't called her and told her so they could fix them and was looking for compensation.I told her I only used it once and they should have known the drains were not working and should have told us not to used that shower. There were two other issues, my daughter had an "accident" and hid her underwear in a kitchen draw after she put it in a sealed baggie. The stairway walls got scuffed from transporting luggage. The owner was looking for compensation. We had a great trip to Germany, this owner ruined it. BTW, she admitted in writing the cabinet had been broken prior to our arrival. I told her the cleaning fees would cover scuff marks. We left the place very clean. There are interior cameras throughout the first floor (not disclosed). This proved my son did not break that door.
