This 4-bedroom retreat accommodates 10 guests, offering a spacious, fenced backyard with a heated inground pool, play set, fire pit, and gas grill. The main floor invites relaxation with a living room, dining room, half bath for easy pool access and well-appointed kitchen, providing a perfect blend of serenity and space.
Upstairs, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms await, while the lower level features a cozy family room with a fireplace and the fourth bedroom. Sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, a third bedroom with a queen bed and a twin/full bunk bed, and a fourth bedroom with a queen bed and a twin daybed with trundle.
The outdoor oasis boasts a large patio with a gas grill, along with a dining area. Immerse yourself in the heated pool or watch the little ones enjoy the play set in the expansive yard. Evenings come alive around the fire pit, perfect for s'mores and shared moments.

Property was in a nice and quiet location. A short drive to many things, including Lake Michigan. We enjoyed the family areas and the nice kitchen. The yard was a good size too. We rented this property primarily for the heated pool; however, it was not heated to our liking at all during our stay, nor was there a pool cover making it even more difficult to stay heated. If that’s an amenity that’s a necessity for you I’d suggest checking with the property first as what the temperature of the water is. The pool area is not as nice as the pics let us to believe as there are several loose pieces of wood that needs replacing. The bedrooms/beds provided plenty of space and sleeping options. The property is tri-level so it was often a challenge to regulate the temperature so it wasn’t too warm upstairs and too cold in the basement. If you stay here and plan to do laundry, please check that the property has properly cleaned and/or repaired/replaced the front load washer. We attempted to us it and it was evident it hadn’t been used and/or cleaned in some time. It was very disgusting and disappointing. Also please be aware the property is not child safe. For example, the front door of the property does not lock from the inside. In addition the hot water from the sinks can get VERY hot quickly and there a microwave under the kitchen island so perfect level for little hands. So if you have littles be extra cautious.Despite some disappointments, our boys enjoyed the stay.
