On the main floor, you'll find two spacious bedrooms each with a queen bed and sharing a full bathroom. The dining area that comfortably seats six, and the laundry area are also located on the main floor. Upstairs is the massive primary bedroom with a king bed and a daybed with trundle. The primary bedroom hosts an office and wine/coffee bar area, as well as, its own private balcony overseeing the lush gardens below. Additionally, a small room upstairs has a second daybed and trundle. This cozy spot is great for kids after a long day in the sun. Please note that in addition to the information collected by the booking platform, our community requires primary guests to be a minimum of 25 years old to book and a few additional items to be completed prior to arrival. Guests will be asked to review and sign a Short-Term Rental Agreement, complete a Guest Arrival Form for our Courtesy Patrol (gate security), and provide a copy of the primary guest’s driver’s license. These requirements are set by the Mainsail Association and help ensure a smooth, compliant, and enjoyable stay for all guests.
