About this villa rental
This charming finca in Alcúdia, Mallorca, reflects Mallorcan tradition with a minimalist touch. With two bedrooms (one double and one single), it combines rustic elements such as wooden beams with a bright and modern design.
The living room offers panoramic views of the extensive green areas. The well-equipped kitchen and dining room provide a cozy space to enjoy meals with local ingredients.
Outside there is a courtyard and manicured garden, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the rural Mallorcan scenery. This finca offers a serene and charming retreat to experience the authenticity and calm of life in the Alcudia countryside.

The harbour of Alcudia in the north of Mallorca is 4 km away. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are sheltered from the wind. There is a large selection of cafés and restaurants, clothes shops, supermarkets and doctors.
The historic old town of Pollença is about 5 kilometres away.
For many years, artists from all over the world have been coming to Pollensa to be inspired by the landscape and the Serra de Tramuntana. Numerous celebrities such as Winston Churchill, Agatha Christie, the British writer Peter Ustinov and many others have also chosen this beautiful village as their holiday destination.
The village's landmarks are the 365 steps and the Calvary, at the top of which is a small baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year.
Numerous cultural events and music festivals take place in the historic atmosphere of Pollença.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.
Per day and person, the tax is
from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and
from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.
Pool towels and a welcome basket are provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday.

Awesome small stonehouse located in a superb and peaceful environment, a few kms away from the seashore but really quiet. Main road at 200 m but not problematic at all at house level. Issue with cleaning (that was not done …) fixed quickly and efficiently by house owner, we really appreciated good communication.

We loved our stay at Villa Son Fe. The peaceful location if you are looking for something calm. The host was very responsive and gave us great recommendations. The only minor issue was that the water took a little while to heat up. Other than that, everything was perfect!

this villa was exactly what we were looking for, peaceful, charming, and with a beautiful countryside feel. The house was spotless and well-equipped. The outdoor space is lovely, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The hosts helped us and gave us recommendations about restaurants and places to visit.
The only thing to note is that a car is necessary to explore the area.
