This newly built holiday home from 2022 features an outdoor whirlpool for up to five people and is situated on elevated ground, offering beautiful views over the water. The house is perfect for larger groups, accommodating up to eight adults and four children. It includes a spacious activity room with TV equipped with Chromecast, billiards/pool table, table tennis, PlayStation, and Wii for hours of indoor entertainment. Inside, the house offers a modern kitchen with dishwasher and refrigerator, two bathrooms, and four bedrooms with ample closet space. Additional sleeping arrangements are available with two beds in the loft (hems) and in the alcove. The bright, open-plan dining and living area leads directly onto the terrace, where you can enjoy the views of the Limfjord. The home also features underfloor heating throughout for comfortable living. Practical amenities include a hallway with washing machine, dryer, and freezer. The TV with Chromecast allows streaming from your own providers, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. This property is ideal for family gatherings or friends seeking comfort, recreation, and stunning natural surroundings. Pets are allowed (maximum one), smoking is prohibited, and rental to youth or work groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
