The kitchen is well equipped, allowing for easy meal preparation, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The property sits on a 768 m² plot, offering plenty of space for outdoor games, relaxation, and fun in the fresh air. Whether you want to enjoy a quiet morning with a coffee in the garden, or let the children play safely, the outdoor area provides ample room for all. Located near the harbor of Grenå and the town center, the house combines the charm of a traditional holiday home with convenient access to local shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions. Guests can explore the lively harbor area, enjoy scenic walks along the waterfront, or discover the town’s shops and cafés. This holiday home is ideal for families, couples, or small groups looking for a cozy retreat with easy access to both nature and local amenities. Please note: rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Really nice holiday home! The bedrooms were spacious, and the living area was perfect for relaxing at night, A bit noisy from the street, but didn't bother us much, Overall, a solid choice!
