With 3 bedrooms, an additional queen sleeper sofa in the living room, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and large backyard outdoor space, you and your friends/ family will enjoy your trip like a local! Hayes Valley is famous for its shopping, dining, bars, and entertainment all while being a very safe neighborhood.
The space
The home is always professionally cleaned and sanitized thoroughly before and after every booking by cleaning professionals. The Hayes Valley neighborhood is often referred to as the best neighborhood in all of San Francisco for its vibrant shopping, dining, nightlife, and walkability.
Each of the bedrooms is individually heated and is furnished with a queen bed, a full closet wardrobe, and ample lighting. Free laundry machines are also available on the premises for your convenience.
For our business travelers, the second bedroom also has a dedicated private work desk area with 400+ Mbps extremely fast wifi. The living room sofa also converts to a Queen sized bed to add an additional bed.
Enjoy the comfortable lounge area with a book or kick back with Netflix, Amazon Video, YouTube, YouTube TV, and other SmartTV apps.
The full kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances with all the home cooking amenities, cookware, plates-ware, and flatware you would enjoy in any home kitchen. Guest can also sit and dine together at the kitchen's dining table.
The home also has a large backyard entertainment space for you and your co-guests to utilize for your convenience.

Self check-in is super easy and also keyless. A day before the booking date, the host will send comprehensive step by step self check in instructions. Should you have any questions during your check-in, you can call me at any time or use the "Ring Video Doorbell" which is outward-only facing.
Currently accepting bookings with a minimum stay of 30 days.
