This cosy holiday home with an activity room featuring a loft with a television is located on a quiet road near Sønderho on the southern tip of Fanø. The activity room has a billiard table, darts and table football. The holiday home is bright and welcoming, with an open-plan kitchen and living room. The wood-burning stove is positioned so that it can be enjoyed from both the living room and the kitchen. The living room also opens onto several lovely terraces. The holiday home has two bathrooms, the larger of which has a spa and sauna. The four bedrooms all have single beds. A really lovely holiday home on Fanø within walking distance of both the beach and town. A truly delightful house. Free final cleaning! The garden is fenced and features a swing, a hammock, and a sandbox, making it ideal for both children and relaxation. The house is equipped with a car charger. Guests must bring their own charging cable.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
