About this house rental
Very cosy holiday home for up to eight people near Skaven Strand! Open-plan, comfortably furnished kitchen/living area for family life, including a wood-burning stove and dining area. The living area opens onto a beautiful, large wooden terrace where you can enjoy sunny days and summer evenings. The holiday home also has two bathrooms, the larger of which has a whirlpool and sauna for relaxation. In addition, there are four beautiful bedrooms, each with a double bed. Upstairs, under the sloping roof, the children can enjoy themselves in the loft. Outside, there is a spacious terrace area with several cosy seating areas. You will be staying not far from the coast of Skaven Strand, on a beautiful, large lawn with a garden trampoline (use at your own risk) and space for games and sports in the fresh air. It is also worth mentioning that as a tenant, you have free access to 6 water parks. All in all, a really beautiful holiday home in Skaven Strand with free final cleaning.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
