On a high-lying natural plot with a beautiful view of the water at Helligsø Drag both from the house and the plot, you will find the cottage & quot; Thybjerg & quot; with wilderness bath. The cottage is on two levels, completely renovated in 2020 and sleeps 21 people. On the ground floor you will find the large, combined living / dining room and a TV room, both with access to the house's large terrace, where there is garden furniture and fire pits with barbecue. Large, practical utility room with sink and extra freezer space for e.g. anglers. There is a large, heated wilderness bath for 6-8 people, from which there is a fantastic view of the water. (Note: DanCenter does not provide service on this). There is a large, professional kitchen equipped with i.a. dishwasher, ceramic hob and two separate ovens. The kitchen has a separate storage room, where there is plenty of storage space. There are also 2 refrigerators and a 259 liter freezer available. Cozy living room with smart TV, Chromecast and viasat subscription (viasat channels only). On the ground floor there are also two bright bathrooms with shower and underfloor heating. On the 1st floor there are eight bedrooms with both single beds and double beds as well as two bathrooms, both with shower. The house has an activity room where table tennis and table football in a smaller size are set up. Wi-Fi is installed in the house, where it is also possible to watch both Danish and German TV. Of additional equipment you will find i.a. two sets of high chairs and cots as well as washer and dryer. The house is heated with electric heating and an air / water heat pump. It is possible to charge electric cars at the house's charging stations. The house is located on 23000 m2 large natural plot with lots of leisure opportunities. Among other things, set up hand / football goal, large fire pit, delicious wilderness bath, outdoor shower, sandpit, swings and above all plenty of space. Both from the house and the plot there is a nice view of the water and the coast is only a short walk from the house. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
