About this house rental
In Stoense on the northern part of Langeland, this holiday home is located on a 1400 m2 natural plot with trees. There is a bright, combined living / dining room with direct access to one of the house's open terraces. The living room is i.a. equipped with TV, DVD player and digital TV system. Kitchen with i.a. stove with ceramic hobs and fridge / freezer. The house is furnished with Danish quality furniture. Bathroom with shower. The cottage has two bedrooms divided into one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed for two people. In the living room there is a double sofa bed. The beach in the area is very child-friendly and offers many activities as well as good fishing opportunities. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
