The master bedroom boasts a king bed with a pull out single bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms offer king beds with single pull out beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Each of these bedrooms has their own ensuite bathrooms as well. The fourth bedroom has easy access to an adjacent bathroom and features 4 single beds, perfect for families or larger groups. Whether you're seeking a peaceful night's rest or a moment of solitude, our bedrooms provide the perfect sanctuary during your stay.

Our East Nashville home is just minutes away from downtown Nashville, making it easy to explore all the city has to offer. You can catch live music on Broadway, visit the Country Music Hall of Fame, or enjoy a night out in the lively honky-tonk bars—all just a short drive or ride-share away.

East Nashville is known for its vibrant and eclectic atmosphere. Here, you'll find an array of locally owned restaurants, bars, boutiques, and art galleries. Some nearby attractions and dining options include:

Your host will be available daily from 8am-11pm via the booking site or app. For accountability and documentation reasons, please refrain from calling us or contacting us outside of the booking app, except in case of emergency.

Emergencies occurring outside of business hours above will be directed to host emergency line for assistance. If you feel that you are in need of immediate emergency services (police, fire, medical, etc.) please don't hesitate to call these services.

GUEST RENTAL POLICY

Adults 25+ Please check ALL drawers and cupboards carefully before you depart to ensure you have all of your belongings. We are not responsible for any items left at the property or for the shipping of said items. If an item is left behind and we are able to retrieve it, we have a $75 fee to ship any items back to you.

Check out & damage deposit. We send a departure check list and ask that you follow it and leave the property in a neat and tidy condition. We don’t ask our cleaning team to move large items of furniture around, so we request that you return all furniture to its original location. We don’t like to make claims on the damage deposit but if our cleaning staff has to spend additional time above and beyond their allocated hours, to make the property ready for our next guests, we will charge for the additional time.

Failure of essential and non-essential appliances and facilities Please let us know immediately if there is any equipment that is not operating correctly. We will make every reasonable effort to have repairs made as soon as possible; however, there are limited service contractors in our areas, particularly on evenings or weekends. If a breakdown should occur to fundamental elements such as water systems, plumbing and electrical systems, and major appliances such as stove or refrigerator, every effort will be made to repair or replace, or an appropriate refund will be made for the inconvenience caused. No reduction of rent, rebate, or refund will be issued for a mechanical failure of nonessential appliances including but not limited to dishwasher, washer, dryer, entertainment systems.

Please note: If the police are called or the neighbors complain about the noise level or any other types of privacy disruptions, we are subject to take your deposit on the stay. We absolutely never want to do this, but if a situation calls for it we will.
