This home is in a FANTASTIC location! Conveniently located just minutes from Downtown Raleigh, Cameron Village, Midtown and North Hills, which hosts some of Raleigh`s premier restaurants, shopping and nightlife. NCSC and Red Hat Amphitheater are just minutes away, 10 minutes to PNC Arena and the NC State Fairgrounds, and a quick 15 minute drive to RDU International Airport.
This charming child and pet friendly home has three bedrooms with two full baths. Stocked with all the essentials to complete your stay at your home away from home. Two bedrooms each with a king bed and ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom has both a queen size bed and a full bed. Enjoy the firepit in the secluded fully fenced yard or take a stroll in Fletcher park which is less than 1/2 block away or walk to Glenwood South to some of the best restaurants and bars in Raleigh.

Guest acknowledges that use of the premises, including all amenities, furnishings, outdoor areas, stairs, decks, and parking areas, is at Guest’s own risk. Owner shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal property or for any accident, injury, or death that occurs on or about the premises, except as required by North Carolina law. Guest agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Owner from any claims arising from Guest’s stay, except for damages caused by Owner’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
This agreement is for a short-term lodging accommodation only. No landlord-tenant relationship is created or implied. Guest has no rights to possession beyond the agreed reservation period. Guest agrees to vacate the premises at checkout time without notice.
Guest agrees to indemnify and hold Owner harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of Guest’s occupancy or use of the premises, including the actions of Guest’s invitees or visitors.
Guest accepts the premises in its current condition. No refunds or credits will be issued for temporary interruptions of utilities, internet, cable, HVAC, or amenities due to weather, maintenance, or circumstances beyond Owner’s control.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing a pet and you do not add the $75 pet fee to your initial reservation, it will be double once you arrive at the property or if not disclosed at all, there will be a $500 fine. There will also be an additional cleaning fee if you allow your pets on the furniture or bedding.
PLEASE NOTE, YOU MUST BE 26 YEARS OF AGE TO BOOK THIS PROPERTY. No smoking (or vaping), no parties or gatherings, no pets and all guests must be noted on the reservation. Failure to abide by the house rules will be cause for the loss of the deposit.
The Host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressively assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

Perfect spot for a Raleigh wedding weekend. Comfortable for 6 adults and a dog. The location was excellent and the home had everything we needed just as described. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m Raleigh. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Communication with the host was great. We had requested an early check-in, since our flight into Raleigh was before the listed check-in time, and she was able to accommodate our request. We were in town for NC State's graduation, and the location was perfect for this.

Everything went as instructed. No issues. Midge was fantastic with communication and working with me on check in and check out. The house was a advertised. Excellent location. It was literally a mile away from like everything we wanted to do. Would use again on amy future trips to Raleigh

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The host was very responsive and responded to our needs. The location was terrific, even able to walk to downtown area for a conference. Would consider this location again!
