About this house rental
Older cottage located in a quiet nature area, at the end of a closed road with a unique location and views. The house is located on a huge natural plot with a beautiful view of Mossø and where the children can hide and play in the forest. The kitchen is located separately with entrance to the living room, where everyone can have fun and play games. The house has a large bedroom with three beds and at the end of the kitchen you will find two more beds (note that it is one large room). By the lake shore is an old fishing house with a canoe, oars and life jackets that can be used freely (at your own risk). There is also a rowing boat by the fisherman's house, which can be used for fishing. There are fantastic opportunities for fishing in the lake, where the fishing rights are from the shore of the lake and out in the middle of the lake. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

We spent a week at this holiday home and found it quite enjoyable! The large bedroom was perfect for our family, and we appreciated having two bathrooms to avoid morning queues, The outdoor space was a hit with the kids, who spent hours playing in the garden, The location is also convenient for visiting local attractions like Øm Kloster and Skanderborg Museum, Just a heads-up: if you're looking for nightlife or bustling city vibes, this might not be your ideal spot, but for us, it was a peaceful retreat,

What a lovely spot! The old fishing house by the lake was charming, and we caught some fish too, The only thing was it felt a bit dated, but that just added to the character, Good value for money overall!
