About this house rental
Holiday home with whirlpool and sauna located in a quiet area, close to Ebeltoft and with a beautiful view of the open water and fields. In the cottage there is an open kitchen / family room / living room, so the family can gather for cooking and cosiness in the living room, and at the same time the beautiful view can be enjoyed. The house contains three good bedrooms and a large loft. In addition, a bathroom with whirlpool, shower and sauna. In the garden there are several terraces and shelters and plenty of space for play and games. Here you can relax and enjoy nature. Here is a short distance to popular bathing beach as well as the forest which invites to many good walks. If you are looking for a little more speed, you will also find good mountain bike trails in the immediate area. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

It was very nice house, very well equipped and very spacious, It was very well kept and we had very cozy time, / The only thing I want to say as negative was the temperature which we met, I have called in advance to ask if I need to request Dan center to warm the house as we will arrive at 22:00 and won't have time to turn on fireplace, I was told it will be warm, as the heating is on, We arrived and it was 10 degrees in this spacious house with only one heater on at 14 degrees and in the bedrooms all heaters were off, It was really cold! The temperature outside was -7 too, so +10 in the house were not enough, We didn't have wood, as we arrived late and we counted on a warm house, / A suggestion for Dan center will be to indicate better as well where should we measure the water, as when one arrives late and is dark and cold can have really difficult time finding it only by a photo, without explanation where it is located, Also, maybe mention in the welcome paper that there is also floor heating and where it is located to be turned on, as we noticed it in the last day,

Low-key loved this holiday home, It’s spacious and clean, plus the location is clutch for exploring Ebeltoft, The barbecue area hits different for a summer cookout, Definitely coming back with the squad,
