About this house rental
At Asnæs Indelukke you will find this cottage with whirlpool and sauna located in a quiet area on a closed road. The house has been renovated with a new whirlpool and most furniture replaced in 2021. Large entrance hall with entrance to large bathroom with whirlpool, sauna and washing machine as well as a room with a double bed and a room with two single beds. The house's third double room is with entrance from the dining room and has its own bathroom. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating. In the living room there is a notch with a double bed. Open kitchen with i.a. dishwasher. The house has Wi-Fi and TV with Danish and foreign channels. From the living room there is access to a 16 m2 covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. In the garden there is a sandpit, fireplace and space for ball games and play. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
