About this house rental
Well-kept cottage with lovely views of the Limfjord. The house has a great location approx. 20 m from the beach edge and was modernized in 2013, where i.a. kitchen and bath are off. There are slatted grilles in front of the stairs to the 1st floor. On the ground floor there are bedrooms and bathrooms, while on the 1st floor there is a spacious living room with open connection to the kitchen. The well-equipped kitchen has all the facilities such as refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, extractor hood and coffee maker. From the living room there is a beautiful panoramic view of Krik Vig. The house is modern and tastefully furnished and there are i.a. flat screen TV. There are both Danish / German / Swedish & amp; Norwegian canals. On cool evenings you can enjoy yourself by the house's wood burning stove and enjoy the formidable view. The house is located on tiled grounds with direct views of the water. There is a large, raised terrace where you can sit in the shelter and enjoy dinner. The house has a perfect location for surfers, kite-surfers m.m. as the house is located directly at a perfect area for this. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
