This vacation home with swimming pool and sauna is located in a quiet, scenic area on St. Sjørup Beach. Inside, you will find a kitchen-dining-living area with a wood-burning stove, four bedrooms, a bathroom with sauna, and a pool area with a 3.5 x 3.5 m swimming pool. The bedrooms, bathroom, living room, and terrace area were renovated in spring 2024, giving the house a bright, modern, and cozy atmosphere. The large windows in the living area provide beautiful natural light. There is a Chromecast for the TV. On the terrace, you can enjoy breakfast in the lounge furniture, relax on the sun loungers, or have a cozy barbecue in the evening. There is also a fire pit in the rear garden area where the family can sit together and grill bread on sticks.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
