Not far from Lyngsbæk Strand you will find this large holiday cottage, which contains everything needed. The house has a large swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna. From the living room you can keep an eye on the pool as a large glass panel separates the pool room from the rest of the house. No letting to youth groups. There is a football and petanque lane. On the terrace there is a brick barbecue, where the burgers can be cooked. Weather permitting can all sit and enjoy the sun. The beach is within walking distance of the house and is a very popular beach. The large living room is the focal point of the cottage. There is a DVD player and many movies available. 5 double bedrooms, two of the rooms have beds taht can be turned into single beds.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
